Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to equatorposts.com, operated by Equator Posts Ltd, Plot 7A Palm Courts Building, Rotary Avenue, Kampala, Uganda. It explains what information this website collects, why, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
This website does not require an account, does not process payments, and does not run a newsletter or maintain a subscriber database. The only information we collect is what you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, email address, an optional subject line, and your message.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email solely so we can respond to your enquiry. We don't use this information for marketing lists, don't sell it, and don't share it with third parties beyond the email-delivery service described below.
Third-party services
Our contact form is delivered using EmailJS, a third-party email-sending service, which processes the form fields you submit in order to route them to our inbox. EmailJS's own privacy practices apply to that processing. Links on this site to WhatsApp and our social media profiles will take you to third-party platforms with their own privacy policies, which we don't control.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Since the only information we hold is whatever you've sent us via the contact form, you can make any of these requests by emailing equatorposts256@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
